1. A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through email to info@leraar.in or call our helpline number: +011-42547413. The refund will be made into the source account of the registered user only.
2. If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the service, please reach out to our academic advisors. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you still decide to discontinue the
service and cancel the subscription, Leraar offers a No questions asked' pro-rated refund.
2.1 For example: If you purchase a 365 classes subscription plan for 60,000 and you decide to discontinue the service after 40 classes, you are eligible for a refund of the Cost of
unused classes = Cost of (365-65) classes = Cost of 300 classes (As per calculations, Fee per days = 164.40. Thus, (164.40 x 300) = 49.320. Thus, the customer is eligible for a refund of 49,320.
3. Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
3.1 For Netbanking: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited to the same account in 1 - 2 business days.
3.2 For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5-7 business days Note: If the customer has availed
EMI options, a refund will be done on the basis of the EMI installments) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable
*Refunds timelines and taxes (if applicable) depend on Bank turnaround times.
